I need help choosing an HVAC contractor.

At Quality Service, we have a comprehensive checklist that will help you choose the right contractor for you and your project. We can’t print all the details, but you can get the whole list simply by asking. Call us at 635-3452.

Were they a referral from a friend or relative?

Are the vehicles clearly marked and fairly clean?

Do they have an actual physical address? If not, why?

Are employees well groomed and presentable?

Are they certified technicians? They need to be!

What brand (s) do they carry? It matters!

Is the price guaranteed BEFORE they start?

How are the equipment warranties?

Is all the contractor’s work guaranteed?

Is this contractor properly licensed for this job?

Is this contractor fully insured? If not, risk is high!

Is this company INVOLVED in your community?

Are they part of the professional community?
